Frequently Asked Questions

All drivers must have a valid license issued at least one year before the rental date, covering the entire rental period and appropriate for the vehicle category. International licenses are accepted when presented with the original national license, and non-English licenses require an International Driving Permit (IDP) or an official translation. A minimum of one year of licensing history is required for standard vehicles, while premium and specialty vehicles may need three or more years of experience.

We offer multiple coverage options to suit your needs. All rentals include Basic Protection for liability coverage, with the option to add a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) to reduce financial responsibility for vehicle damage. Additional options include Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) and our Premium Protection Package, which combines all coverages with zero deductible. While many personal auto insurance policies cover rentals, coverage varies, so we recommend confirming with your provider. If you haven't selected coverage during booking, you can add it at pickup, where our team will explain all options and costs.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards with credit functionality, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash, personal checks, and prepaid cards are not accepted. A small authorization hold may be placed at booking, with the full rental amount and security deposit charged at pickup. Additional charges are processed upon return. Business customers can access monthly invoicing through a corporate account—contact our sales team to set up customized billing options.

Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund, while later cancellations may incur a one-day rental charge. Prepaid reservations follow specific terms outlined during booking. You can modify your reservation online, via our mobile app, or by contacting our team—most changes made 24+ hours in advance are fee-free. To extend your rental, notify us as early as possible, ideally 24 hours before return. Extensions depend on availability and may affect pricing.
