1. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum age: 21 years
– Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years
– Major credit card in renter’s name
– Valid passport or official ID
– Proof of travel insurance (recommended)
2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
– $4,000 pesos deposit required for reservation confirmation
– Full payment due at vehicle pickup
– Accepted payments: Major credit cards, cash (MXN/USD)
– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
– Late cancellation fee: 50% of deposit
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
– Required deposit: $4,000 pesos
– Held on credit card at pickup
– Released within 5-7 business days after vehicle return
– Subject to deductions for damages/violations
4. VEHICLE PICKUP/RETURN
– Airport pickup/dropoff available (additional fee applies)
– Valid ID and credit card must be presented
– Vehicle condition report completed at pickup/return
– Late returns charged at hourly rate
– After-hours return by prior arrangement only
5. INSURANCE COVERAGE
– Basic insurance included in rental rate
– Additional coverage options available:
• Full coverage insurance
• Personal accident insurance
• Third-party liability
– Deductible applies as per selected coverage
6. FUEL POLICY
– Vehicles provided with full tank
– Return with full tank
– Refueling service charge: Cost of fuel + 20% service fee
7. MILEAGE POLICY
– Unlimited mileage included
– Vehicle tracking system installed
– Travel restricted to Quintana Roo state unless authorized
8. PROHIBITED USES
– Off-road driving (except designated areas)
– Smoking in vehicles
– Pets without prior authorization
– Commercial use
– Racing or speed testing
– Driving under influence of alcohol/drugs
9. DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
– Renter responsible for:
• Vehicle damage during rental period
• Traffic violations/fines
• Theft under negligence
– Immediate reporting required for:
• Accidents
• Mechanical issues
• Theft
• Damage
10. BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE
– 24/7 roadside assistance included

– Replacement vehicle subject to availability
11. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
– Child seats: $150 pesos
– Mobile WiFi: $8/day
– Cooler rental: $3/day
12. PRIVACY POLICY
– Personal information collected solely for rental purposes
– Data protected as per Mexican privacy laws
– No third-party sharing without consent
13. MODIFICATIONS
– BGH Car Rental reserves the right to modify terms
– Changes effective upon posting
– Existing rentals honored under original terms
